First of all, huge apologies to all my subscribers, as I’m running behind thanks to emergency root canal surgery and four hideous hours in the dentist’s chair I didn’t bank on this week! Ghastly as well as eye-wateringly expensive.
Anyhows, I will be back in your Inbox this Sunday with a new recipe (hint: it’s cake, it’s wonderful and inspired by my recent trip to Costa Rica).
