Work has been frantic of late what with one thing and another and this week was no exception: the shoot for my next cook book started. It’s too early to reveal what the book is about yet - UK publication is not until January next year and the US in February. But I thought I’d give you a glimpse behind-the-scenes of the shoot and share some of the secrets of what goes into shooting a cook book.
