It’s almost midnight and I’m craving asparamole right now! I’ll try making it with the next bunch of asparagus I’ll put my hands on
I'd love to know whether it works as well for you. I look at the boiled up ends in the pot convinced there's no way they'll taste good but they do!
I don't think there's a crop I look forward to more - maybe it's the perfect spring timing after winter, or maybe it's just the flavour
I completely agree. My love for it has something to do with the fact I NEVER ate fresh asparagus in Australia. It just wasn't on my family's radar. On the rare occasion we had it, it was from a can. Abominable.
